Chemical Peels
A chemical peel is a technique used to improve and smooth the texture of your skin. The peel gently removes the outermost layer of the skin, leaving you with completely fresh, untouched skin. Results include even-toned, smooth, tightened, and refreshed skin.
Chemical peels can be used to treat acne scars, uneven pigmentation, rough skin, wrinkles, fine lines, and sun spots/damage.
How does it work?
Chemical peels are a safe and effective treatment to remove the outermost layers of skin in order to expose new, untouched skin. Your dermatologist will create a chemical mixture specifically tailored to your face and skin type to ensure the best results.
While patients can return to normal activities immediately after treatment, the skin is sensitive and should be makeup free and protected from the sun for at least 2-4 days. Most patients begin to experience peeling after 48 hours, which resolves itself in 2-5 days.

IPL Photofacial
The IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) treatment specifically targets problem areas while leaving healthy skin alone. It is most effective on smooth surfaces and can be performed on nearly any part of the body. IPL Photofacials are commonly used to treat a variety of skin concerns, including:
- Sun damage and sunspots
- Age spots and freckles
- Rosacea and facial redness
- Broken capillaries and spider veins
- Uneven skin tone and texture
- Hyperpigmentation
- Acne and acne-related discoloration
Following treatment, you will want to avoid direct sunlight, tanning beds, chemical peels, waxing, collagen injections, products that contain vitamin A, and drugs that increase your risk for bleeding such as ibuprofen or aspirin.

Laser Hair Removal
Unwanted or excessive hair growth can leave you feeling down and less-confident about your appearance, while ingrown hairs can cause a lot of pain and unsightly bumps. In the past, treatment for these issues was only effective for lighter skinned individuals with dark hair, but fortunately laser hair removal has become more accessible and advanced in recent years. At our practice, we are able to safely treat people with virtually all skin types and hair colors.
Lasers emit a specialized, pulsed light, which is absorbed by the pigment in your hair and then transmitted down the hair shaft to the root. The hair follicle is damaged by the heat of the laser, which prohibits future growth.
Before your procedure, we will evaluate your skin and hair type in order for us to select the best laser to suit your needs. We will also thoroughly discuss the possible risks, your expectations, and the best ways to prepare for treatment.
The duration of each session varies depending on what area of the body you are having treatment. A small area such as the upper lip may take only five minutes, while a larger area like the back or legs may take up to one hour. The area should be shaved or cut short prior to treatment. For best results, we recommend that you do not wax or pluck hairs for three weeks prior to treatment.
Laser hair removal is safe and effective when performed by a physician or other licensed professional specializing in laser technology. At our practice, you can expect the highest level of treatment from our qualified professionals.

Tattoo Removal
Unwanted tattoos can have you feeling self-conscious, bummed out, and downright angry. Luckily, with today’s laser technologies, what was once permanent can now virtually disappear with fewer treatments, faster recovery time, and greater results than ever before.
How does it work?
Advanced laser technology delivers pulses of energy into the tattoo ink, breaking up the pigment into smaller molecules which are then absorbed by the body. The result is less unwanted pigmentation and smoother, clearer looking skin.
Results may vary depending on the ink colors used in the tattoo. Typically, red inks and darker colors respond well to laser treatment. Other colors may be difficult to remove, although there will still be a noticeable improvement.

SkinPen Microneedling
It’s never been easier to love the skin you’re in.
Backed by an unparalleled commitment to safety and efficacy, this FDA-cleared device is used by leading healthcare providers and individually customized to rejuvenate from the inside out for younger-looking skin.
SkinPen Microneedling gives your skin the reset that it needs. Not only is SkinPen the first FDA-cleared microneedling device, but it’s also made in the USA – which means it’s rigorously tested for safety. SkinPen creates micro-channels (microscopic holes) at a rate of 1600 per second. These wounds stimulate Collagen and Elastin- kicking the healing process into high gear.
Best of all, SkinPen doesn’t rely on heat or chemicals, so the results are natural and safe for all skin tones and types, and it is great for fine lines, wrinkles, laxity, and acne scarring. It can be used almost anywhere on the body but is most commonly used on the face, neck, and chest.

Spider Veins
Spider veins are small, dilated blood vessels that appear near the surface of the skin, often forming red, blue, or purple web-like patterns. They are most commonly found on the legs and face and may be caused by factors such as genetics, prolonged standing, hormonal changes, or sun exposure. While typically harmless and painless, spider veins can cause discomfort or aching in some cases and may be considered a cosmetic concern by many. Treatments include lifestyle changes, compression stockings, sclerotherapy, and laser therapy, depending on the severity and underlying cause.

Laser Toning
Laser toning is a non-invasive cosmetic procedure that uses low-fluence, Q-switched lasers to improve skin tone, texture, and overall appearance. It is commonly used to treat pigmentation issues such as melasma, sunspots, and uneven skin tone, as well as to reduce fine lines and improve skin clarity. The procedure works by delivering gentle laser energy to the deeper layers of the skin, stimulating collagen production and breaking down excess melanin without damaging the surface. Laser toning is generally safe for all skin types, requires minimal downtime, and is often performed in a series of sessions for optimal results.

Carbon Laser Peel
A Carbon Laser Peel, also known as the “Hollywood Peel,” is a popular non-invasive facial treatment that deeply exfoliates the skin, reduces pore size, and improves overall skin tone and texture. The procedure involves applying a thin layer of medical-grade carbon to the skin, which penetrates deep into the pores. A laser is then used to heat and vaporize the carbon along with any impurities, dead skin cells, and excess oil. This process stimulates collagen production, minimizes acne and pigmentation, and leaves the skin feeling smoother and refreshed. With no downtime and immediate visible results, it’s an ideal treatment for those seeking a quick skin rejuvenation.
